1. Everthing is normal besides Tempest Rod for lvl 33 Druids, that range has been increased from 1 sqm > 3 sqm. (Same as WoI)
2. I can't spoil where, that is up to the players to find out. Which shouldn't be a problem. It enchants your current weapon with 12 more atk. for 6 hours. Time decays only when worn, not when logged out or if you put it inside your depot locker. (Note, it has to be inside the depot LOCKER)
3.I'd say weapons above atk 30, around there. They are buffed with 10+. For example, Stonecutter axe atk increased from 50atk > 60atk.
4. Cannot spoil that either, they sure are good. Stars has high atk. (65). But also a high miss/break chance and expensive.
5. Price for weapon enchant is somewhere between 10-15.000gp :)
To make an example to relate with: Normal Bolt: 3gp each. Now Light bolt 6 gp each. Sniper stars: 40gp each.

3range ROD and exura sio is 70 mana
