I have noticed some Scripters prefer to be payed.

I will give a percentage of the profits made from the server to each scripter depending on how much work they have done.

Well ideas are nice, but I think you don't have any idea how to make or manage a RPG server. as I see how you made the map you showing in at the screenshots in your thread... that city is VERY bad made...
a RPG city tells a story... a RPG city have to look like a nature way.. not everything straight, modern..., you made everything to bigg.. look to your temple and your Bar... omg.. this seems more like a fun server, there map doesn't make sense, that doesn't have any "RPG FEELING" you use a lot of different styles into one city.
This have nothing to do that you can't map, but with the fact you don't know how to create a RPG server.
Take a detailed look at the REAL map.. maybe after looking to the real map you understand how to make a "RPG-server".

Seems like you haven't played allot of RPG games yourself, Also since it hasn't been launched yet don't commend on something you don't know.

1-5 Pictures won't tell you anything about the feeling and Tibia lost it's good stuff after 7.6 any way.


Off Topic.

If you want real RPG games play Final Fantasy 1 - 10 + X2, 12 and 13.....

for MMO-RPG World of Warcraft, Aion, Guild Wars, Ever Quest etc.

All comments on the map, the showed screenshots will probably not be used. I have created a city that just is missing some details now and that will be the main city for the project. Screenshots will hopefully come soon!

@Screenshots, they will NOT be used, I'm removing them ASAP.
Clinten has mapped a city for me & I'm currently mapping another city as I have used CONSTRUCTIVE critisicm or however you spell it.
