Things you wish you knew, when you started your first OT.

Title's self explanatory enough, but just released my first server, interested to hear from more experienced owners on what they would have done differently or maybe a different method or program they wish they started using earlier. All ideas appreciated, thanks!

not experienced in owning servers in any way, but when i had one i wished i had a team. eventually doing things all by yourself becomes heavy when you try to produce quality content for your players. also wish i knew lua better cause i had scripts that destroyed the server by lagging due to bad code.
