Lua Three small problems [please fast help]

Greetings!
I've started my new project again but there is two such small bugs that i need help with.

1. When you log in to the game you got battle without seeing any monsters or bening in battle.
2. When you make a new character from the website you start as a "Promoted Character" Ex. Elder Druid [SOLVED]
3. When you log out on Example: X:10023 Y:23244 Z:7 and then log in again you start at a earlier spot Example "X:10024 Y: 25453 Z: 7", and i have "save" att all characters.

I have the same problem using rev3884. (Sometimes, character login inside protection zone and got battle.)

I actually wouldn't worry about that because it might be already a protection against flooding server. If you had no battle, players would just login and logout really fast. Most good servers have this little protection.

If you don't have any script causing this in your data folder, then it is probably set in the sources...
