Is it at all possible to create a Tibia 6.6 server somehow? Or would you have to write a new server for it?
 
there was a working emulator for a 6.x version of tibia long time ago.. I dont know if it is still around, google it!.. but yes, it is possible to do it somehow using programming skills xD or you can modify a client of tibia 7.4 or 9.8 to look "graphically" like older versions.. similar to a project around called "Historia" check them out too. Any way it is for sure something that will take time and skill.
