Hail Durin! Builder of Worlds!
Short introduction to 'Tibia 864 Argardh Dreamwars'
Tibia 86 AD will be yet another OT-server based on the 8.6 client.
With lots of changes, as all other servers.. etc etc
This is just small preview to the game concepts and changes. It could have ended up as a textdocument in another forum, but, there are too many things uncertain and unfinished at this point to make any detailed and elaborated text about it(If you've seen my previous work, you know why a textdocument is the last thing to be finished). Things will be explained in time.
If you're a fan please support by liking our facebook page and upvoting our posts to make them reach more viewers. Support 'Tibia 86 AD' on the disgusting yet for us valuable Facebook:
Tibia 86 AD - First preview Part 1/3..
Note: All pictures are out of order and thread and its pictures are not meant to represent the finished scenes of Tibia 86 AD but more the process of getting there. I'll also try to get better at explaining the setup as we go along.. but this thread will be a bit chaotic perhaps for 6-18 more month. I'll try to update first posts with latest pics though.
Ye, where you start simply put. The tv screen will present online players just like we had before, along with "Message of the day" and other information. Switch will change channel.
This place will be really neat in-game once the text-popups are in place. This is basically the crossroad of the entire Fardos-universe as of 8.640 AD(the actual date of the events unfolding in-game, especially to the left but not so much in the realm to the right.. erm.. yeah).
The guildhalls will be massively over-powered. All have 3 outposts(smaller guildhalls) that they have access to via teleports. They can also TP back to the WF and arrive at the bottom left mirror on this screen. They also have depots and training centers aswell as access to 3 different "fast-travel" NPCs(boat, train, horse, small-boat, magic carpet, etc. etc) aswell as a fort inside the Dreamworld(For PvP purposes).
Inside all 13 shops there's a teleport back to the middle mirror in this screen.
1 Square, 5 TPs.. built with intention to stop pz-pushing abuse, ofcourse. It would have been easier to understand had you seen the speed-settings of pushing
Come back later for part 2..

Starting Screen, new and reincarnated players start on the embryo tile under the tv-screen.

12 TPs directly to all Guildhalls. From there all guildhalls have 3 outposts(smaller guildhalls spread out in their region, interlinked with teleports), depots, training area and their own entrances to the dreamworld.
New Char leads you to the Character Forge, where new players choose vocation, starting eq and there's also a training center.
Inner Worldforge is shops, depot, bank, mailing, tavern etc.
Argardh takes you to the 'Realm of Argardh', along with personal entrances for everyone owning a farm, mansion or fort(bigger more valuable houses).
Dreamwars takes you to the dreamworld for battle with monsters and bosses, questing or one of many PvP instances. Tread lightly.

in-game you'll see the bottom floor of the Worldforge.. (editor cut it out on last picture)

Inner Worldforge. 3 shops to the left, 5 in the basement, 5 up the stairs, mail and banking services up top, depots all around.. bar at 2nd floor.
Inside all 13 shops there's a teleport back to the middle mirror in this screen.
The Armory(Each shop will look almost identical but with all items of each category, room not yet made)
1 Square, 5 TPs.. built with intention to stop pz-pushing abuse, ofcourse. It would have been easier to understand had you seen the speed-settings of pushing
Character Forge. The statues and info-screen display the general info on the 8 vocations. To the left is the 8 vocation guilds(where you will be teleported to once you pick a vocation from the trainer that will be standing on this area somewhere). Down is Start EQ and EQ LVL-Rewards. To the right is 'Training Center', free and safe training for everyone below lvl 100.
North is Worldforge Crossroad, where you start..
The vocation guilds, not yet finished.. here you learn/modify spells, get first or second promotion and pickup vocation quests
Training Center, not yet finished..
Come back later for part 2..
