Tibia solo and without internet access?

Hi, is it possible to set up a server at your pc that only you have access to without needing internet access? I don't want any others on my server I just want to create an overpowered character and investigate all those places that got me killed when I played tibia back in the day

Yes, it's possible. Just run the server.

I thought you needed to use that IP changer doesn't that one require internet? All the guides I have read are about making a server online so I don't understand how to do...

You only need an active internet connection if you want other players to log into your OT. Put the IP 127.0.0.1 into your config, use that in the IP changer as well. It should then work to play by yourself.
