Time quest for player, is it possible?

I was wondering if it is possible to do a quest and you see the time it was made for the player!

Ex:
- The pulls a lever and thrown into a room
- As you enter this room to add a storage that will determine how long it stayed in the room
- The player must kill 5 monsters and kill them after you get the reward
- To get this reward, the storage time automatically stops, and a message informing the player the time he made this quest!

But room with monsters will be for one player only? When someone is IN no one else can enter?

This is only one player in the room! And while that player is there, the other can not enter, I already have done the whole script, just need to know if this is to add storage to count!
