Too much sqm light

Too much sqm light in frozen starlight.

How to fix that?

Edit it's light value in dat and otb files.

I can't change that. I'm using OTItemEdytor by Ed Mignari but, when I changed Light level to 3 and I saved. And after reopening the changes will not engraved... May u now why?

That way you're only changing the otb, you need to change the dat as well. You can use Object Builder for that.
