Tools for making ots

Hello, I want to try make total custom ots. Long ago I hosted some ots for my friends, but now when I play on OTSs which using OTClient, where I can find a lot of features I want to give a try OTClient. It's just awesome .
Now I want to ask, which engine and tibia is most friendly for this idea?
I saw program calld Object Builder (where I can edit both spr and dat easly) and its support 10.37 and other program I found is OTItemEditor.

if you like versions like 10.30 use tfs 1.0 -1.1 - 1.2 or 1.3 version lowen than 9.x use tfs 0.4

The only engine you can hope to get bug fixes now is TFS 1.2/master.

you can use tfs 0.4 for this datapack

Then I have to use Tibia 9+ as someone said before?

All older TFS version lack updates, are full of bugs, and receive no more updates. Stick to the latest TFS

The new one TFS 1.X do not come with a account manage like alot of old servers does, so if you use that you should set the spawn position inside the AAC, yes.

If you use an older engine and account manager (1/1) then this can be set inside config.lua.

if you want to use stable old protocol servers you can use otx2, othire if you want a 772. And for newers protocol versions just use tfs 1.x

the start setup charracter pos its located a config.php of your website you have to edit it there
