Download a server like TFS and see if it has a file called highschores.lua/.xml

Ahhh mah bad, then yeye there should be a few since I've seen them. Look in the Resources area (the one on the bottom)

There is no SQL part that is needed for Phpmyadmin. Just paste both into your layout file.
