Trade Window in function ?

Hi

Just wanted to ask if its possible to pop-up trade windows (like the ones that appear when you say "trade" to a NPC and shows the items the NPC buy/sell), but in a lua script, I mean, out of the NPCs area.

For example when a player steps in a X tile, the trade window pop up with some items that can be sold/bought depending on what I put in the script ?
