Unable to equip any arrows

My server does not have quivers (yet), and I am unable to equip arrows into the arrow slot. It tells me "You cannot dress this object there"
Please help!

client, server version (tfs 1.4.2)

I can't find anything to do with the ammo slot in my movements.xml

Yes I can find all the various ammo in there referencing <attribute key="slotType" value="ammo" />

So I found out that when I am using /i arrow it is creating a weightless arrow that can only be used by paladins with ID 24699 but then when I reference items.lua it shows arrow being 2544. When I /i 2544 it spawns an arrow right into my arrow slot like it should be.
I guess my problem is solved??

try to look in weapons file there should be a map for arrows, spears etc
