Whenever I try to join with a 8.7 client, I get the message "Your client version is too old" ^^

It's a custom client bro, Go to the website, and download their custom client.
Should fix your problem

That's strange that that doesn't work for you. I know it worked for me back when I didn't use custom client a few months ago. But yea you may just have to get the custom client unfortunately 8<
