I've made a very simple 'voting system', is very clear and understandable. All you have to do is type the name of the member you would like to see as a moderator.

This is like "Give me rep", and I hope this system won't count for anything when the moderators is choosen, otherwise we'll get a bunk of rep hunters as moderators or something...
