Uploading New spr. Error

Hey so i saved my new sprite file into my tibia folder that i use for rme, i took the old spr file out and made the name one called the exact same (tibia.spr) and when i try and load it it doesnt work... Anyone know why? All ive done is taken the new spr and replaced the old one and tried to load. Anything else i shoulda done?

did you save your sprites in your Tibia.spr file? or did you just make a whole new .spr? To run a custom client you have to have your sprites and tibia's sprites mixed, unless you have a fully custom 100% sprite change.
