This is an UNEDITED conversation I had with Xevil. This player have been powerabusing this server long enough. I call out for a breakdown.

Also notice how I not once insult them.

The thing is, i was having an innocent "nooby" conversation, with the highest level on the server, and while questioning people dying going on a quest hes charging people going on, I get hunted.

@Svartakrigarn I would stop trying because it's pointless. The gm's are in same vent as Xevil so it's always going to be one sided. No matter how much proof or anything you give I'm more than 100% sure the GM's will do nothing about it. I know that Sportacus, Flatlander and Xevil have all been in the same vent for countless of years because I used to go in it sometimes. Xevil will always come up with some kind of excuse and then GM's will end up agreeing with it. As I've mentioned before I still have that gut feeling that some type of bias is going on, even though it might be the slightless amount I'm sure it's there. This is also only alpha so I could care less. I actually quit awhile ago because since the constant pks were going on I couldn't really do anything. Most people on here just care about more content, pvp, or other stuff and a low amount of people are actually looking for bugs. Also the more I play during alpha the more boring it'll be once it actually comes out.

The bounty hunter system was made specifically for people like Xevil.
He spends a TON of time getting powerful and getting good items, and he does PK way too often. Now when he dies he drops 2 of his items.
If you actually did get a few people together (probably need 5 at least) and went after him and killed him. Yes- he would try to hunt you, but you would get some amazing loot each time he died, and as long as you don't random PK alot he would get nothing off you.

I fixed it BUT of course we have to wait till Heartless wakes up.

I'm sure it was intentional to make the boots have no effect.

Personally, I think the way the equipment is set up right now is bad.
-Each armor piece has 1% resist all, and then different armor values.
Meaning:
Tier 1 helmet - Armor 12 - resistAll - 1%
Tier 1 armor - Armor 20 - resistAll - 1%
Tier 1 legs - Armor 14 - resistAll - 1%
Tier 1 boots - Armor 2 - resistAll - 1%
- Total armor = 48

This means Legs, Helmet, and Armor are exactly the same except for armor, but all 3 are just as easy to get.
Armor - Worth the most (20 armor)
Legs - 2nd most valueble (14 armor)
Helmet - Trash item of every set (12 armor)

What I would like to do is:
Helmet - Armor 15 - resistAll - 1% (Half/Half item)
Armor - Armor 25 - resistAll - 0% (Legs was given this % resist)
Legs - Armor 5 - resistAll - 2% (gets the resist that Armor had)
Boots - Speed 20 - resistAll - 1% (Armor is given to Armor)
Total Armor - 45

This would mean:
Helmet - Half/Half - Gains 7 armor and 1 resist per Tier
Armor - Most Armor - Gains 15 armor per Tier
Legs - Most Resistance - gains 3 armor and 2 resist per Tier
Boots - Speed - Gains 1 resist and 20 speed per Tier
Same exact protection values for a full set, but now each piece fills a different role.

Just a thought, it wouldn't change much at all when you have a full set. But once people start trading and selling set items it will help.

I redid how wands work (The damage should be nearly the same)
I noticed the following:
Knight or Pally get better weapon (higher tier) - Volley and Berserk increase in damage
Mage or Druid get better wand (higher tier) - Almost no increase in spell damage

So at a Tier 5 Wand, you'd be hitting 500 with your wand but still 100 with Energy Strike.
Seems bad to me.

Now, we still have testing to do, but the plan is getting higher Tiered wands should increase your spell damage and wand damage both. Instead of ending up with useless spells and all wand damage.

We have to lower everyone to level 50 for testing purposes.
We can't test the next area if everyone is already level 100 and waiting on the 3rd area to be released lol.
