Our process is simple, build the Val WAR server first and then the RPG server.
Our WAR server is nearly finished, just needs some polishing.

Quest/Spawn Mapper
City/Village Mapper
NPC/Creature Scripter
OTC Dev

We already have a full sprite team and I've been mapping everything while giving direction on the project.
