if player have storage 55555 and if he blood knight(vocation 12) he get bonus looktype , if sniper paladin(vocation 11 ) get other bonus looktype , if soul druid (vocation 10) get other look type if sorcerer (vocation 9) get other bonus

nah man .. its simple if get player storage 55555 then add some looktypes to he outfit list .. if he lost storage 55555 then remove the looktypes from outfit list

i dont think you can add monster looktype to the outfit list through lua .
My own knowlege, correct me if i am wrong
