Hello, i have windows vista today but i heard alot abut linux, and i wanna try it, how i do to try it ?

Do i need to buy it or can i downlode.?

First of you have to read up on linux a bit <--- Recommended atleast

Then choose what linux distro you want to use:
Ubuntu homepage | Ubuntu
Fedora Project
Debian -- The Universal Operating System

download it -> burn to a CD -> install

Personally I recommend that if you have a processor supporting Virtualization Technology, that you download Virtualbox or any other Virtual-PC software, and install Linux there. That way you can install it and try it out without having to worry about erasing your windows install, or dualbooting or anything like that.
