Well I'm sure you guys already understand what's going on but here are some links:

All I know is the Navy is playing a big part in this war and well, guess who's your favorite Naval brony? I got two weeks left here at A-school in Pensacola, FL before I go to my actual command and am in the fleet (meaning finally in the Big Navy). As far as I know, this could turn out to be WWIII x.x

What will happen most likely since, the UK parliament voted against military intervention from the UK is that the US will probably fire a couple of cruise missiles on strategic areas.
Whether or not these will be intercepted by the Russian anti-missile cruisers that were sent to the Mediterranean yesterday is unclear. But I don't think this will escalate into something as serious as another World War, nor will it result in US Marines entering Syria.

I highly doubt that Al-Assad would be stupid enough to use chemical weapons against his own people if he's during the last months have had the upper-hand and also has been taking back massive amounts of land from the rebels/terrorists/whatever. He's a dictator but he's by no means stupid.

Oh and congratulations!

Could happen, I hope you are right though and thanks.

Watched me the house of commons yesterday, was baller :D

The UK voted no, thankfully, but this hasn't stopped the US it seems, they want to continue without the help of allies & the US Intelligence have gotton no evidence that Assad used chemical weapons against his people.
Why are you going to war for a warmongering country?

My piece of cake: Establish responsibility for gas attacks. Adhere to international law. Use the U.N. Security Council to shame Russia and China into passive support. It's an unfortunate civil war. If the U.S. genuinely wants to punish Bashar Al-Assad, it should target him directly, not just his military. The civils are suffering, I'm sure Al-Assad used chemical weapons.

A large number of people here in the US are against any military intervention against Syria. Unfortunately, that's not going to stop the US Government from striking anyways. Hopefully the UK Commons' decision will convince Obama to double check the facts of any chemical weapon use before hopping on the missile train like Bush did in Iraq in 2003. Just keep in mind, just because the UK and Canada opted out military intervention, that doesn't mean they tolerate what happened in Syria. Once evidence of chemical weapons is clearly proven, the UK would strike along with the US in a heartbeat.

I'm against it too somewhat, I just HAVE to adhere to Big Navy's orders... :/

I'm sorry about the crappy TV filming made by some stupid guy but I really wanted to show this and couldn't find anything better (in english). cba to make a new video myself.
Edit: the shit is embedded and won't go to the correct place, go to 1:14~

After a few strikes, this will end in the same scenario as Iraq, countries racing for oil(And don't flame me about this part because we'll see later on)

But that's not the case anyway, because I am pretty sure Russia will interfere such thing.

Anyway, you shouldn't believe everything you hear, especially if it's from the media.(You seriously don't know what's going on in Syria, the media is trying to fool you in any possible way to just let you believe that Syria is hostile.)
The same exact way that the media mentions that the Military in Egypt are unfairly killing innocent people that did nothing

Time for the U.S to get a lot more oil I guess... I'm glad the UK decided against military action but I can probably guarantee a lot of American's will begin calling the UK pussies for not helping, just goes to show U.S is not god tier.

Syria is one of the last bastions against jews from isreal and usa. And stupid, socialist, european governments are helping usa in all wars..

I hope that Iran and Syria will not fall.

Religion is the root of all of these problems, nothing else.

Jews care less about religion, and more about taking care of other jews, and creating/upholding some of the biggest double standards the world has seen.

Little, if any of it has to do with God, but will use "religious texts" to support their claim as the self-appointed Chosen.

It's pretty disgusting how western media is warmongering so much.
Syria is the last partially secular country in the middle-eastern region I don't see how it can be any better having islamistic fundamentalists who will probably make use of Sharia-laws.
These rebels will also keep the weapons the US gave them. You think they would learn after both Iraq and Afghanistan but I guess not.

Sure, Assad is a dictator and a brutal one but imo it's better to have a secular dictator than a state which will surely supply terror-organizations such as Al-Nusra to name one.

If obama chooses to strike it will hurt his ratings IF it is conclusive that they did not use chemical warfare. Although the uk have voted against it obama doesnt seem to care. Then again isn't it obamas last term? So guess he does not care for ratings anymore but why be impatient. Get the legit facts from the un and then counter appropiately. That is something a good leader would do. Not act forst ask questoins later.

Obama don't have to use army, he is giving supplies for syrian rebels so it means the same. He is running this war and Putin is doing the same to stop Obama. Without that, syrian army could win many months ago.
