How do i fix that weapons have a damage like wands. and dosnt change depending on ur sword/axe/club/fist skills?
 
Try this, I'm not sure if it will work though:
XML:
<attribute key="elementIce" value="100" />
	<attribute key="range" value="3" />
Put the element you want the sword to hit, and the range. Tell me if it works.
 
Server Folder > Data > Weapons > Weapons.XML > Find The Wand You Want

Example : wand of inferno.lua

LUA:
local combat = createCombatObject()
setCombatParam(combat, COMBAT_PARAM_TYPE, COMBAT_PHYSICALDAMAGE)
setCombatParam(combat, COMBAT_PARAM_DISTANCEEFFECT, CONST_ANI_FIRE)
setCombatFormula(combat, COMBAT_FORMULA_LEVELMAGIC, 0, -78, 0, -88)

function onUseWeapon(cid, var)
	return doCombat(cid, combat, var)
end

Make it more powerful by editing the numbers to..
