Weapon with elements charges

It's possible to do script like I use ymmm X item on random weapon like on SOV and then he can obtain ice element with charges?

Go into your weapons folder and change the ID of which ever ice weapon that you use the gem, and when it asks for the Id to change it to, make it the same ID and the starting items, and it will become the same item with the charges, unless you have to edit it the item.xml aswell.
