Lua What does this config options do?

1. huntingDuration = 60 * 1000
2. allowFightback = true
3. useFairfightReduction = true
4. optionalWarAttackableAlly = false

1. Time that you will get the crossed swords after a fight
2. In PVP you can attack your attacker and not get a skull/pzlock(not sure on this one)
3. If a high level player level attacks a low level player the first attacker will get x% reduction in damage
4. In PVP server this will determine if you can attack a guild ally when engaged in a guildwar
