What needs to be done in an empty real tibia map?

I've a full 7.7 real map i've got from a guy (wont tell his name), the map is pretty much completed, but i'm making everything, all the actions and stuff... I'm just a little bit worried about doors keys, signs texts, and levers, NPCs aren't a big deal.

So anyone knows what will need to be done in such map?

Yeah, move it to the recycle bin on your computer. There's already too many realmap servers, don't even bother creating one.

you'll need to make quest's scripts and npcs...(this is the basic)
later you will need to add events, raids, systems (vip, reputation, etc) i dont know where you want to go... but there is many work to do til there.
