Whe I open the otserv.exe it ask for a lua.dll

Hello,

I downloaded this server named ExtremeOT here (its a brasilian server) ExtremeOT (site + servidor).rar
(NO VIRUS, AT LEAST FOR ME)
and I love this server, so I decided to search for it, and I found it but well like the title says
when I open the otserv.exe it ask for the lua.dll, could someone help me with this?

By the way is tibia 7.6
