Why TFS 1.2 removing conditions onDeath

Hey, facing issue where it removes conditions when player dies that is persistant but condition stays on relog tho.
 
hmm tried with if (!condition->isPersistent()) but still removed condition that is persist
Anyone got an idea?
Edit - it worked with adding ! i just missed that there was two
if (condition->isPersistent())
but after this change it doesnt delete any condition like haste or food regeneration. Anyone got idea more ideas?
