XAMPP or MySQL

Today XAMPP is the better option for all, in the past have a lot of bugs, but now i think is the best option, if you use windows of course, more easy to install and config, and have a lot of addons. But xammp vs mysql for me dont make sense compare...

Agreed. Xampp is loaded with stuff most people will never need, but for beginners I suppose Xampp would be best.
