My antivirus (currently windows defender) didnt like it either, but we all know those all false positives, which is also shown by the VirusTotal link (1 false-positive and the 63 are undetected) - The source provided here I compiled myself.
Do whatever you want with this information.

I’m trying to run an Open Tibia Server on Windows 10, but I keep getting an error and I can’t start the server.
What I did:
The problem:
When I try to start it, Windows shows an error like:
Even though the folder and files do exist.
I also tried Repairing Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributables, but it didn’t help.
Additional info:

What could be causing this error and how can I fix it?
Is it a missing dependency, wrong folder structure, or incorrect config?
