Windows 7 vs Windows XP

I'd choose xp only if I couldn't find cracked win 7.

I doubt xp has better preformance, maybe if you have a really old computer you can see the difference.

And win 7 has some nice-to-have features like search index and drag window to min/max/half resize.

And looks better.

XP is a slightly less resource hog than Windows 7 but Windows 7 is much better than Vista in this field. Some say it has the features of Vista with the performance of XP. Now this isn't entirely true but its close.

Windows 7 if you have a somewhat decent OS works great, great compatibility, never had an unexpected crash I didn't cause. No bloatware long as you pirate it..lmao. Also you can disable anything in Windows 7. From Internet Explorer to the pre-packaged windows games. Overall I'd choose Windows 7 out of all the Windows Operating Systems.

Longer than Windows 7. Since it came out till the day Windows 7 came out...never got Vista.

.. You can just say "Some problems" describe what the problems are.. maybe ppl can fix it.

And ofc it laggs more if your computer sux, it's recommended to have 2GB+ Ram

I got 3.2 GB RAM
2.2 Intel Dual Core

and i have my computer on for like 1-5 month at the time without anyrestart + always atleast 10+ websites opened at all time.

and i almost never lagg.

Chassi: 31C (Just Above the CPU cooler)
CPU: 37C Core1: 40 Core2: 37
AUX: 45C
HD1: 28C HD2: 33C HD3: 37C (Should be lower just removed the HDD fan will buy a new one soon.

Great to know! Even another reason why gaming cases perform better with Win7 instead of XP.

I was talking about dead-end PC. (old, or new but with bad hardware).


Personally I use Windows 7 Professional 64bit.
