Banned for no reason??

Hello, i do not know how to contact any gamemaster so i decided to post here...

I was playing my 140 Elite Knight when suddenly a gamemaster appears near me and blames me for using Bot... i responded right back at him and told him i wasnt using a bot...(even though everyone uses bot in this ot) he did not care, and he just kicked me off the game... now i cant log back into my account...

help please?
