Friend lost access to his account

We wanted to start play this OT after almost 1 year of break I guess?
And were really surprised our characters are still here

My friend tried to recover his account, but seemes he cant remeber his email?
He knows the account name, but we cant remeber email address he used.

For security he can even provide VIP list names, and some personal details if needed.
