I'm just curious, do you really see no problem with people posting 4chan images and shit everywhere? I saw Collz got infracted for spamming or something, now he's banned. So, his kind of spam is disallowed because it wasn't severe enough or what? I see far worse things being posted by for example Cykotitan and 4chan Co. I still don't see his name stricken though. Why is that?

I have no idea how OTLand's staff work but everything seems very weird to me. Don't you guys got some guidelines or something to follow?
Right now it seems like moderators can do what the hell they feel like. Threating members differently etc. without any problems.

And now people don't come with something like "report the spam" because that is retarded argument or whatever it now is. Most of the staff should be a little aware of what is posted on the forums such as the 4chan spam. I don't get how anyone could be missing it.

Can you guys people be a bit stricter and threat every member the same? at least on the spamming front.

Well, considering you deleted his spam post in this thread, that was proof. Did he get warned?

NaS "funny thing is, though, that Collz applied for a moderator position."

Something like that, not even on topic. Just pointing out that he does spam, but gets deleted. Does he get warned or banned?

I didn't delete anyone's post on this thread. I wonder how you people could see what's happening "behind the scenes" when no moderator action is technically viewable by normal members. I personally don't consider NaS' post offtopic. I think it also serves as a reminder that by such kind of attitude he has no chance of becoming a moderator on Otland. That is my own point of view though.

Either way it was deleted by a Otland Staff Member because it was a type of spam. That's my point. Did he get warned or banned?

And reminding Collz about something can be taken in VM/PM, am I right? And the thread is about how members think the Otland Staff Members are unfair and give different types of warning to certain users from certain Otland Staff Members.

I still don't know which post you're talking about.

Yes, you are right. However, since Collz made his own problem public instead of complaining to Deavz through VM/PM (after all infraction messages are sent through PMs) NaS had any right to post whatever he posted publicly. If Collz didn't want such kind of comments in his thread he should have kept it in private with Deavz (unless he couldn't get it solved with Deavz, then for sure he should have complained on Feedback section).

Are you kidding me? THIS THREAD ISN'T ABOUT COLLZ. Collz case WAS USED as an example. The post I'm talking about is the ONE YOU MENTIONED IN YOUR POST. Then why was the post deleted? Because he didn't feel like saying it? Obviously someone deleted it because it was spam, or else why would someone delete it, if it was valid and he posted because he wanted to say that. The post about Collz applying in staff has nothing to do with this thread, this thread is about how members think the Otland Staff Members are unfair and give different types of warning to certain users from certain Otland Staff Members. I have no idea why you can't just say "Yes, that post is off-topic".

(Yes, I keep editing my post. My gf is txting me and I fuck up on the keyboard.)

deleted? maybe collz just failed linking :p

I don't care about the comments he said, but what I want to point out is the my post
Another project that's going to fail.
and NaS's post
funny thing is, though, that Collz applied for a moderator position.
are relatively similar, NaS wasn't correct when he said that being the fact that one, this thread isn't even about me and two it's an off-topic post.

I didn't make the example, and I didn't give any examples in my post. And examples help on what we are talking about.

Because you are the main reason of all these discussions... Kinda obvious I'd like to keep to your case ! ;)

Because I opened the eyes of the public and got banned for defending my rights!!!

Last time I've checked you have no rights on OTLand.

Why were/are you crying about a post that had no significant value to a thread?

"The owners of OtLand reserve the right to remove, edit, move or close any content item for any reason."

As Siramix said, we should better stick at that example. You made that reference when you mentioned NaS' post. No post was deleted actually because even if it was deleted I would still be able to see it, not to mention he wouldn't be able to search for deleted posts. He just posted a link which is invalid.

Well, you might be right but I still think you're trying to blame moderators because you're unhappy with your banishment. You mentioned in a previous post of yours that you're gonna laugh if you're forced to leave Otland, if that's so then why are you still here and care?

Those banning are not owners of OtLand :)

Guys, i'm getting dame tired of this, i have readed every single post, while i'm sick home, trying to defend Collz and Assisan, Collz got an infraction because he said "Another project whos gonna fail", Thats his dame Opinon, not yours, I can come say "Hello, this project is an fail project" without getting bannad on other forums or on Private Server, They just say, Leave the forum or server if you don't like it, but WTH is this,
I have though all days and nights i have been reporting and answear as much problems as the forum gets and you just giving us bullshit.

I DON'T CARE IF YOU USE MY TEXT TO ANSWEAR, I ONLY WANT ANSWEAR IN RPIVATE FROM MOD/GLOBAL MOD OR TALATUREN

Ok. Can we stop talking about Collz now? I didn't make this thread for him. Most of you probably know I've made several threads about these issues before and this time is no different. Collz case just pushed me to create yet another thread. So people stop trying to throw shit at each other and start to think and be objective instead.

OTLand's staff need guidelines. The "otland.net reserve the right to remove anything for any reason what so ever." is bullshit in my opinion. Moderators do what the hell they want from what I've seen the past months and use that as an excuse. Fix some guidelines for the moderators to follow. You do not need to add case scenarios and stuff though. A moderator who has been here for more than a month should know what to do in most situations. And if they don't and are unwilling to change to do their "duty" (whatever that now means here), they shouldn't be moderators should they?
