[8.54] RoXoR Server v8.54 (1337ms)

Ehm, not to be rude, but you've completely destroyed the server.. All the vip items are gone, the monsters arent as strong as they should, you just replaced items.xml and didnt even THINK of the costum items that was there. Congrats on releasing a destroyed server.

Edit:
The monsters in the vip city are gone, the vip shop shouldnt be there since all the items are destroyed, this shouldnt be called 1337, it should be called roxor 8.54 destroyed 1.0

If you look at the others that have been released, My version is the best out their. I am fixing all the errors as they come up. I will release a todo list for all soon as all the bug come in.
 
I used The Forgotten Server Version: 0.2.7 (Mystic Spirit)! as a base. with any bugs it may have had.
Ok as far as the God / GM access: you have to create 2 accounts and go into the SQL/SQLite Database and change the Table, Account, Type, and change GM is 4 and GOD is 5.
Then go to Table, Players, (God), group_ID and change to (3). (GM) group_ID and change to (2).
That should give you access as GM and GOD.
Note: In your data/XML folder is the Commands.xml look at it also to change access.
 
My Todo's as of now: These are reported bugs in my release. Will be released in an update patch
Spells - Fix all spells to Roxor 8.40
VIP items - All VIP Items have been fixed.
VIP monsters - All monsters will be Put in and working proper.
GM/God access - In the Patch release I will give a working SQLite DB with Players GOD and GM working. half azzed working now.
Bugs in code - will be fixed as bugs come.
Monsters - strenth will be fixed to Roxor standard and new spawns implamented
scripts - will be fixed to 100%
General errors - All have been fixed

Thank you for your comments, I am working as fast as I can to get the patch released. The patch will be for the people who have it already installed
 
I fixed the GM myself, and for the "My release is the best out there".. Well, I can for sure argue about that, it is the worst, its not a roxor when theres not items from it, right? Just map and npcs pushed right in, no more, and the best would probably be the 8.40 and upgrade it, would be a thousand times easier. Kthxbai.

Dude you don't like it don't use it. Make your own release if you can do better.
 
Bubba J sorry about the rude comment, I need to take your critism as a Note to fix these problems, and I will. had such a problem with the GOD/GM commands that I spent days and nights on a fix, just to find out that TFS has the same issue and the fix is (type = 5 for god)(type = 4 for GM) I will be fixing all the issues in the next patch on 9-06-2010. Please be patient.
 
Which version is better? I mean, which has less errors in the console and is more efficient to host on tibia 8.54?
This version, or 0.4 (Legendary)?

This version is definatly better, I fixed 99% of all the errors. very little to do to make this server work for you. I spent months fixing errors to the server after copying everything to 8.54. If you want to know Download both and unzip in diferent folders and just run each one and see which runs. then try to logon to both and play the server to see what is the best. I used nothing from the legendary server. Everything in this server came from the 8.40 server I downloaded a few years ago, and got to run. That server was great but had a inferior TFS needed to be upgraded to a more curent version. That is what I did.
 
spells are balanced and which is the recomended exp stage?

2. Casino NPC needs fixed working on it now.
3. Fix the Healing orb script - works but with errors

Actually, when I updated the 8.40, I had zero errors, everything worked just fine.
So I think that 8.40 is still a better version. Because ive hosted it for some time, I even got a pack with no errors as a 0.3.6..
