i like the first picture better it pops when u look at it
 
love the ground on the first pic, but that other shitty sprite looks really awefull at the balcony, keep the previous one at the balcony and it will look great! :)
 
I don't know if its for a project,if it is a project wih new sprites,maybe creating a wall with the same style of the street floor =)
 
I bet first one looks really strange ingame, i'd prefer second one.
An ingame screen might change my mind.
