I think he might mean 1800 Elo is not close to #1 Rank but 1800 elo is still a good accomplishment.

How is dis possible? :O level 30 and 13 wins. all rune pages (11) with all runes full with diffrent things and only 1 game in ranked aswell.

i just lost my first ranked.. so unfair they had 3 players 2.2k elo and we had me as highest with 1850...

look his rune pages.. there are runes worth way over 95k ip.

But i would recommend reading rules first because penalty points = ip ban most of the times also u should play like 10 normal 1v1 games in the Ladder first to get the hang of it
