fixed all bugs I've found

This server have a lot of bugs at startup..first of all dont load the mapa say the error of 64 bits..
But i think laatido fix this

This server at startup have a lot of errors saying somethink about NULL ITEM THAT CANNOT SPAWN,some think like that..
Npc dosnt talk too..
Same think is wrong
