Both. Some stones on the floor and some decoration on the walls.
I like it tho, really.
 
Detailed the walls a bit more, but don't agree with the floor though, think that will get messed up by players.

I adore the city still, however it's very, very, very clean. A bit too clean for me

I prefer my maps clean too. Our mappings are quite similar imo!
