its normal ip + fwotd + ip-boost. Rest are normal ip + ip-Boost.

Cassiopeia, Play her good = WIN!!! her ulti will turn fights around if you do em right in the teamfights but is kinda hard mastered though.

Xerath= Dat guy is epic if played well and mastered. Epic aoe ulti useful teamfights penetrates the fuck out of em= GG.

So, I would say go for Cassiopeia.. kinda hard to counter if you play her very well, there is no "real counter" for her tbh..
