Trust me, if you make this a test server for afew hours and everyone is able to get the best tier, you will finally know how to balance it correctly.

Im playing from the EU too and im getting from 170-340 ping 90% of the time. Sure you cant arrow key move but I just do everything with mouse and then everything works perfectly.

Good luck to their project, I would challenge someone to try and replicate my server.

Actually, From what I understand, barbs heal more with tears then knight does with gran, later on.

They heal more health, but less of their overall health.

Barbs heal the same amount (not %) as knights when they're the same level if I recall correctly. Because of their huge hp pool, barbs are team tanks, since with healers they're almost immortal. Knights can't do this due to the fact that they have almost half the hp of a barbarian, so they're only tanks when they're solo. The problem is that compared to other vocations, the healing of knights is crappy, which means that they can't tank when solo either. To fix this my suggestion would be decreasing the cooldown of exura gran, since with this they'd be able to tank solo much better, while still letting barbs be the main tank when there's a healer around.
I don't have a problem so far with the damage of knights. I understand that knights aren't great damage dealers. But right now we can't tank either.

Barbarian's are the true tanks, it's hard to balance bosses in terms of Barbarians & Knights because if I make it so Knights are the primary tank, then Barbarians will just roll through everything. Knight's play a role of an off-tank / melee DPS. I'm working on a new spell for Knights that will put them in a better place.

Unfortunately that's how the whole internet thing works, if only there were a way to make people have less lag without needing them to live in the same area of the server host, sorry about that

Well, if I'm right this one is a really successfull server so I assume that your second server (identical of this one) would also be successfull if hosted in Europe. I think many people would enjoy the game from Europe as many have quitted due to lags :/

Also, you got 2 servers right? one 8.0 and this one, so how come the 2nd one aint hosted in EU, so atleast one is

The 2nd server is also on his dedi next to the 8.6 server. It's hosted in the US, and that would mean that an EU host would mean another dedi (which would mean more money) if I'm right.

Yes, you are absolutely right. However, even if you lower the cooldown of exura gran, Barbs would still be the primary tanks, because in boss battles/party hunting personal healing doesn't matter (since you have other people constantly healing you). Fixing exura gran would give knights a better chance to survive alone (which they really need) and still allow barbs to be the primary tanks.

If you want to give knights better DPS instead of better healing though, then that's a good idea too, but then the DPS of knights will need to be HEAVILY increased in order to be decent compared to other vocations (who do 3x the damage and can survive just as good if not better than knights) and unless the new spell is mind-blowingly good then I don't see this happening.

No matter what happens though I still want to thank you for taking this issue into consideration.

The only thing that we all hate about deathzot(i think that we all hate it) is that;
the lower lvl the monster is,the better loot it drops. I mean,I'm botting Hydras,and tbh,I'd rather go Banshees just cuz of the loot ._.

you dont need to get a multi server, He just have to change to EU cuz Usa's Host company is like Russians dota2 player AkA CRAP. There are several Usa servers that gets hosted in EU cuz they got so much better connection to the whole world. If we say that EU's got a average of 400 in ping on Usa east dedicated. And when a person from USA use a EU dedi it will me removed to a max of 200. But thats not why its so laggy here. Why its laggy on syns server is cuz he use a unbalanced upload and download speed. And to say little more he choose the worst damn netspeed he could.

Syn; Just 1 thing u could change. Make it so that,whenever there is an event,it will be broadcasted,but in my default channel,not server log. Cuz,if im afk for like 10 secs,i come back,and after 10mins everyone is like "yay 20 lvls from event" and im like WTF WHEN?
