First I would like to thank and congratulate the great job with ZNote Acc
I am trying to install on my server using the distribution "The Forgoten Server 0.3.7 - 5969-win32"
after installing I can not create any account ...
appearing on the following error
Register Account
Unknown column 'creation' in 'field list'
is to help me solve this?

You have configured Znote AAC for TFS 1.0, which is still under developement.
If you use TFS 0.2 or 0.3/4, you need to edit config.php with TFS_02 or TFS_03 instead of TFS_10 as version.

I hope that the private version got updated jquery and modernizr js files 
(yeah I know how to do it by myself but would be nice to everyone to have them with latest version )

When did that get changed D: I am so used to start with 150hp and 0 mana. (and lvl 8 = 35 mana). It was like that before.

I don't remember when, but now we start with 5 mana xD also exura ico got changed to lvl 8 so at island of destiny we use it at lvl 8 with 40 mana when changing into a knight for example

For every time I create a news and put some accent, the news is blank.
