mlvls reduced to 80-90 max

Yes, after reducing I will be 230 since others will be still 300-400.
Something should be changed, level 200 shouldn't have the same exp stage as level 300-400

MAKE THE EXP STAGE LIKE SUGESTED NOW. ( 2x after 200)
DO THE MLVL RATE LOWER
