You were talking to me about hosting another server located in the U.S for north american and south american players. Do you still plan on doing this? If so how long would it take till we see this type of server hosted in the U.S.

EDIT:
Apparently there really was an issue with payments made under certain circumstances.
Only 8 people were affected by that bug and those have been refunded their money.
The issue was fixed and everything should be working now, thanks for bringing it to our attention @Fred Beron.
