Unfortunately Cukierasek and others are right.
To those who don't know yet what these spoof/fake chars are, it is a system of many bots spawning around whole ots worldmap just to increase an overall number of people being online. It has been extensively used on MasterCores and pretty likely it may be the case aswell with RetroCores. Let's hope not.

That issue can't be solved in traditional ways because it is the moral issue of the staff of Retro/MasterCores. They simply benefit from misleading their playerbase that server is more active than it actually is, in result that attracts others to join.

So, knowing that spoofs are controlled, they can be simply switched off when the average number of people being online is declining. That happened already few times. When there's less people online in general it is much easier to detect them.

With such malicious practices no server can ever be considered "long-term" or serious.
Pity.
I hope that one day they will stop with that.

PS: I wonder how many of staff members or other CMs know about that and are part of it.

I personally have been waiting a VERY long time for a true 7.4 tibia experience to hit Otservlist/Otland/etc and now that it's finally happening all I will say is that I will see you all there when the game launches. I can't wait to bring some of my old friends I met in Tibia back in 2001 to 2003 to play RetroCores.

Well . I was playing Azera from beginning of server and i know the story about War team's and Marcus whit whole shit updates and rules about trading character's for real money ( Inque

, Power abusing ( Brutalisa deleted) ( using unofficial software on highest paladin in server on every world which u have been playing( Dominik ))and much more.. Its sad that u post bad opinions about incoming server because u fear that Realesta is going down as it would be soon. In 7.4 game is over after lvl 150. I know "your " server have customs places to exp but tibia as a game in 7.4 was not prepared for those high lvl's and it was main reason why they change the game in their "way"
Guys just ask yourself why every ot is dying after 2-3 months and u still keep chaning version's of realesta or any other server's??Well i guess It's all about of configuration which in old 7.4 should be very low rate to keep server to be alive more than that time. How many times u can start over and start over ?

Anyway I feel like Marcus now is a completely different person. He let player's pick configuration of server by polls and there will be no shit updates ever . Now it would be trully 7.4 whit this feeling from years 2000-2003.

I think Marcus did so many bad decision's on past year but its gone . Like u never guys didnt make mistakes . There is always second chance for everyone ..

Actually, that lag-prevention system that we added kinda help with hmm "feeling" of the game...
My example - i live.... 15 k km's from Europe, my ping there is 300+ yet my character moves quite smoothly... But again, it doesnt reduce my ping so yeah you have a point that any software can just remove or shorten the distance

Well ... High guard Lizard's dosent exist at 7.4 retro cores aswell stackable runes . Didnt even read about configuration ? Cukierasek and again story about spoof char's ... Stop fighting

I am bot finder and i must say that on realesta is a lot of bots and runemaker.
When i play in mastercores i can't find bots so i think it is very good ots to play.
This ots have very good anty bot system but be cearfull beacouse i will try to find bots on this ots.
