A quick update on our work before the new edition

As we all know, we have a few tasks to do before the launch of the new edition of Devland. We are also aware that further work will be inevitable after a new start. Here is the list we are currently working on:

Retro Quest (20% complete)

The quest will be located in the Karmia sewers and will consist of 5 parts. The photo below is a preview of the first part for low levels, the difficulty level will increase with each subsequent part.

New Quest in Roantah (90% complete)

Hi Seya, I think I associate you with the announcement of Batory OTS 7.6. I believe you are a good mapper, and you have your potential to make simple but good maps (that is missing today). Map, devland is a pure base for a good RPG + your own ideas. There were many great servers based on the Devland map, but not too familiar that version 8.0 would be remembered too much in the minds of players. Your server multiplier of this is really good, not too hard, but not too simple. However, I would advise you to switch to v7.7 client. I know it's a lot of work with the map conversation sprites, but I think we never had a good Devland on version 7.7, even with such a multiplier but not being able to buy runes from NPCs or just the old vibe on this map I think that there would be a large audience for sure. @teka123 Thanks for opinion but for me the best client is 8.0, I wanna make good feelings one more time, I have good idea for Devland map.

might be fun for 3 days or so but like everytime terrible timing for start
 
seyaelo hosted once torgot with a bit different map still 8.0 tho and low rate was fun with ~180 players and few small 3-5 man teams fighting over spawns
 
@seyakuroya @s1mple level 15 quest is bugged, says its empty... also you should consider in removing those healing numbers cuz ruins the old feeling
