OTClient Suggestion where to start.

Hello everyone,

Year or two I've created an OTS and played with friends and I've abandoned it.

Now I want to start some project for fun to learn how to make an OTS again from 0.

Idea is 'simple'.

This already I've done earlier but maybe something changed?
- I want to be able to start simple server 8.6.
- I want to be able to start a website for it.
- Custom map
- custom .lua scripts / mechanics

This I didn`t do earlier :

• Custom client
• Custom items
• Custom spells?
• Custom monsters?

Can you provide some links / help with where to start? How to do it?
What server client will be the best to start something like that?
I am not interested in mounts and some awesome mechanics

I am searching through forum and finding some important information but I am pretty sure that we have someone who can help me in a hart beat.
