I've been around since I was a little kid. I've recently tried playing on a few servers but I'd love to stick to one. I don't really care what type but would lean towards custom servers.

So the question is, what are the longest lasting and long-term servers out there?

My favorite ever was if I remember correctly called Tibia Kingdoms by @Werewolf but I also know about Deathzot although I haven't tried it yet.

there are few like medivia, among others, must add that they were dead server for many years till they were found and made of it what are they now. others were old-ultra. and there are so many others but among the whole otservlist they are not more than 5

you wont find a thing like that cuz, all them are not new so all us know the mechanics. does not matter if they are old or new protocols almost any serv end up dying after a month or so

also any released that you might find here was released in order to find bugs ( which wont be fixed in the main repo) it was a releaed made by a dev thats help him find issues sooner than later. you'll get the buggy version
 
I have to mention I don't really care about low player count, just looking for something to stick to long-term

Also, still taking suggestions. I genuinely wanna stick to one for life 😂 mostly interested in either rl or even super custom but not themes like pokemon or db etc

I played Tibia last time almost 20 years ago. I got curious lately, did some research and debated internally which server I would like to join. I was solely interested in "old school slow" feeling, but with some twist. I found Darkrest server and I am having a literal blast. The feeling is kept, but the custom crafting, gathering and enchanting systems, on top of large map extensions to the classical making it amazing.
