Will there be globalevents soon? It would be easier for the people that want to get back from 0.3 to 0.2.

otservlist.org is blacklisted from future TFS releases, yes. xinn is pretty much aware of why and I talked to him before doing so.
Use ots-list.org, it's alot better, you can actually communicate with the administrator without having to wait for a month and then getting a reply which makes you even more disappointed.

He has not only banned my servers from otservlist.org for invalid reasons, but also Elf's. We've thought about this for a long time and we've been trying to contact him for a month. Now that we managed to contact him I got the response:
"Yo. I'm sorry that i've unbanned your servers. Of course im going to
ban them again. Why? I think we both know why."

I don't know why though, and I also kind of told him that this would happen if he didn't unban our servers.

He banned our servers, we blacklist his serverlist from the distribution we develop. Simple as that.

First of all thanks for this release I thought 0.2 is dead but as I can see it isn't.

Is the bug with spamming spells fixed in this version? If yes then GREAT release.

The process will stay alive at shutdown if you set it to no, you will have to kill it manually or use a scheduled event to kill it. You should leave it at yes unless you know what you're doing.
 
My server and map works fine EXCEPT: If I cast a strike/wave spell, or shoot with a wand/rod, my whole computer crashes and server too. Adwices? :D
