Neon- Go hunt rattatas and pick up Apple Bites damn they are awesome! you get 6.50 dollars by them and rattatas are good exp ( 30 ) and you can easily hunt them with your own Rattata if you got one

About pokeballs yes they are expensive cuz I wasted 49 of them on nothing and 2 great balls on nothing XD
