The rates are fine for a midrate OT.
After 199 it will be x3 and at 230 like x2 etc

It says average, means it will start high and end low. Don't worry, the experience rating is very balanced and no one will be too overpowered.

it's too overpowered... you will see lvl 200 end of the 1 or 2 weeks...
